Ramont joined Conner Ash as a Tax Intern in 2022, where he then transitioned to a part-time position while completing his degrees. After graduation, he started his full-time position as a Tax Associate in December of 2022. He currently serves as a Tax Supervisor and has five years of professional experience in public accounting. Ramont's responsibilities include preparing business, not-for-profit, and individual returns as well as taking on other accounting work.

Ramont graduated with both his baccalaureate and post-baccalaureate degrees from University of Missouri-St. Louis.
