Conner Ash, a highly respected accounting firm with over 95 years of providing tax, assurance and accounting services in the St. Louis area, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience.

Ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing, oral communication, and listening skills, have experience with MS Office software products and be extremely detailed oriented. 


Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Complete tasks assigned by professional staff and/or supervisor
  • Prioritize work effectively
  • Enter and verify data accurately
  • Provide research and support for departmental projects
  • Handle, with input and supervision, variety of correspondence
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrate organizational and time/project management skills
  • Demonstrate strong proofreading and editing skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to grasp and retain information
Skill Requirements

Qualifications Include

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years support department experience
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision


Previous experience with assembling tax returns is a definite plus!!
