Lou is a Principal in the Assurance Services and Business Valuation practices of Conner Ash P.C.

Lou has served family owned and closely held businesses with profit planning, budget programs, financing, and installation and analysis of accounting and reporting systems for more than 30 years.

Lou has also completed a wide variety of business valuation engagements for use in both business succession and tax compliance environments. Lou obtained the Certificate of Educational Achievement in Advanced Business Valuations from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV).

He received his B.S. in accounting from the University of Missouri -- St. Louis.
